Classic Carbonara Ingredients – Pasta, pancetta, egg yolks, pecorino romano, pepper, parsley. My 3 steps carbonara is Japanese version of carbonara pasta but made the procedure so much easier and more simple. 3 steps- Heat, Mix, Garnish. This recipe uses ingredients that can easily find in any grocery stores. Fast, Easy, and delish recipe you will be addicted to!

Ingredients (2 Serving): 

  • Pasta ( your favorite kind) 2 servings
  • Bacon (1 cm wide) 4 slices
  • Olive oil 3 tble spoon
  • Whipping cream 80 ml
  • Montreal steak spice 1 tbl spoon
  • Permasan cheese (Grated) As much as you like

Step 1: In a heat-resisting bowl, add bacon and olive oil. Microwave for 1 minutes until bacon is fully cooked.

Add whipping milk in the step 1 bowl, and re-heat with microwave for 1 minute.

Step 2: In the step two bowl, quickly add Montreal steak spice and egg white ONLY.

As soon as adding egg white and spice, use folk to mix well. Faster better to avoid the lumpy-ness in the sauce.

Step 3: Add boiled pasta and permasan cheese in the bowl, and mix well again.

Garnish with pepper, cheese, and egg yolk, and READY TO EAT!

*Make sure to use the fresh cream and fresh eggs! I don’t want you to get stomachache!
